Distillery civil construction — fermentation, distillation and storage. The works were delivered at Bihar under our single-point EPC model, with structural design, BOQ and detailed drawings prepared in-house before mobilisation.
Scope of works
- Site investigation, soil testing and topographic survey
- Structural design, BOQ and detailed engineering drawings
- Foundations, RCC structures, flooring and roofing
- Utilities: water supply, drainage, fire-fighting and roads
- Quality assurance, safety compliance and documentation
- Handover with as-built drawings
