Colonizer & Employee Colony
Planning and construction of housing complexes for industrial workers, private bodies and government clients.
Housing that comes with its own infrastructure
An employee colony is a small township, not a set of buildings. Roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, power distribution and common facilities all have to be planned together with the housing itself, or the colony fails within a few years of occupation.
Industrial, private and government clients
We have delivered worker housing for industrial plants, residential blocks for private bodies, and colony construction and renovation for government and institutional clients including State Bank of India.
Phased delivery around occupation
Colonies are usually built while the main plant is under construction and occupied in phases. We sequence delivery so blocks can be handed over and occupied as they complete.
