Ethanol plants run to fixed production deadlines, and the civil package sets the pace for every trade that follows. We take single-point responsibility for the full civil scope — from soil investigation through to as-built handover — so mechanical erection can start on the date the schedule says it will.

What the scope covers

Our ethanol plant package covers the fermentation hall, distillation block, spirit storage, effluent treatment plant, utility buildings, RCC foundations for heavy equipment, internal roads, drainage and fire-fighting lines. Structural design, BOQ and detailed drawings are prepared in-house.

Grain and sugarcane based plants

We have executed civil works for both molasses/sugarcane-based distilleries attached to sugar mills and standalone grain-based ethanol plants. Each has a different layout logic, foundation loading profile and effluent handling requirement, and the design is set accordingly.
